Shipping

We are a Canadian company and only ship to Canadian addresses. We use couriers, freight and Canada Post for shipments depending on the speed the order is needed and what is most economical for our customer. Our volumes allow us heavily discounted rates and we pass the savings onto the customer.

If you have a PO Box we cannot ship using couriers or freight and we will require a house or business address. Some over sized items cannot be shipped by Canada Post.


For more remote regions, shipping surcharges may apply on any order. Not all locations can be shipped to (Range Roads, etc) and you may need to go to the nearest depot to pick up your order.

Orders over $199 ship for free across Canada. Free shipping cannot be combined with coupons and does not apply to all sales items.


On occasion, when shipping to some remote locations, you may incur additional shipping charges and we will email you a no obligation quote.

PICK UP AT OUR WAREHOUSE

Need things sooner? We are now offering pickup at our warehouse. Contact us for a code to avoid shipping fees, place your order online and email us to make a pickup appointment. Pickups are usually available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm. Once we confirm your time, we will get your order ready for you at the warehouse. When you arrive, ring the bell at the loading dock and we will bring your order out to your car. We are not a retail location, we are a warehouse only and we cannot accept payment in person.

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long will it take for my order to ship out?

We try to ship out as quickly as possible. We ship Monday through Friday and try to get orders out of our warehouse within 48 hrs. Most of the time they leave the same day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my house?

This depends on your location. We can reach most of Ontario and Quebec within 1-2 business days. For other provinces, it depends on how far from Ontario you are and how far out of the nearest major city you are. For example, if you live in Calgary it may take 3 business days for your order to arrive while a customer in nearby Carstairs may take an additional business day. Once your order ships, the tracking will update with a reliable estimate of when you can expect your order.

My order arrived, but I'm missing boxes?

Sometimes couriers will split up an order. Not to worry, your boxes are on their way! For larger orders, couriers may visit you over 2 or 3 days. To track all of the boxes in a shipment, click the "Track Shipment" button on the courier's website. This will display all of the individual boxes and tracking numbers in your shipment with detailed statuses of each.

My order arrived, but I'm missing some items?

Usually the outstanding items are within a box of another item. A sticker indicating "Additonal Products Inside" will show you which box the items are in. By doing this we can keep shipping costs low and in turn, prices.


If you've looked through all of the boxes and still can't find your item, let us know and we will get the items sent out to you as quickly as possible.

The tracking shows that a label created, but it hasn't updated, why?

Tracking can take a few days to update and it may only update once your order is on the final leg of the journey. Once a label is created, the shipment typically leaves our warehouse that afternoon.

Do you ship to the US or internationally?

We only ship within Canada.

Where do you ship from? Do I have to pay duties?

We ship from our warehouse in Kingston, Ontario and there are no duties to pay as no borders are being crossed.

I selected Purolator but you shipped with CanPar instead. How come?

We sometimes change couriers based on pricing, speed or availability. Our goal is always to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible.

I'm not going to be home, can my order just be left on my doorstep?

Shipments over $100 require a signature so we can't safe drop them. If you would like them dropped, please contact the courier and give them permission to safe drop the items. Most couriers will drop an item if you leave a note for them at your door or sign for the shipment online through the tracking page.



The courier has informed me that my package can't be delivered to my house, why not?

We try to select couriers to deliver to your door but in some cases, more remote addresses aren't serviced and you may be required to pick up your order at their depot. This includes some range roads and remote locations. Couriers will make their best efforts to contact you but you should also use the tracking number we provide to check the status of your shipment. Shipments that are not picked up and returned to our warehouse will be refunded less the cost of shipping (both ways).

I received my shipment notification but there isn't any tracking information.

Small items sometimes ship with lettermail which doesn't include tracking.

I need something very quickly. How can I expedite my order?
