We are a Canadian company and only ship to Canadian addresses. We use couriers, freight and Canada Post for shipments depending on the speed the order is needed and what is most economical for our customer. Our volumes allow us heavily discounted rates and we pass the savings onto the customer.

If you have a PO Box we cannot ship using couriers or freight and we will require a house or business address. Some over sized items cannot be shipped by Canada Post.

For more remote regions, shipping surcharges may apply on any order. Not all locations can be shipped to (Range Roads, etc) and you may need to go to the nearest depot to pick up your order.

Free Shipping

Orders over $199 ship for free across Canada. Free shipping cannot be combined with coupons and does not apply to all sales items.

On occasion, when shipping to some remote locations, you may incur additional shipping charges and we will email you a no obligation quote.

Shipping time

Your order will usually leave our warehouse within 24-48hrs. Orders placed before 11am will usually leave the same day (Monday Wednesday and Friday). Depending on which service is used and your location, shipping times vary from 1-5 business days. We ship out of our warehouse in Kingston 3+ days a week.

Pick up at our warehouse

Need things sooner? We are now offering pickup at our warehouse. Please place your order online and email us to make a pickup appointment. Pickups are usually available Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm. Once we confirm your time, we will get your order ready for you at the warehouse. When you arrive, please telephone us and we will mask up and bring your order to your car. We are not a retail location, we are a warehouse only and we cannot accept payment in person. Any additional shipping charges will be refunded once you pickup your order.

Shipping FAQ

1. My order arrived, but I'm missing boxes?
Sometimes couriers will split up an order. Not to worry, your boxes are on their way! For larger orders, couriers may visit you over 2 or 3 days.

2. The tracking shows label created, but it hasn't updated, why?
Tracking can take a few days to update and it may only update once your order is on the final leg of the journey.

3. Do you ship to the US or internationally?
We only ship within Canada.

4. Where do you ship from? Do I have to pay duties?

We ship from our warehouse in Kingston, Ontario and there are no duties to pay as no borders are being crossed.

5. I selected Canada Post but you shipped with CanPar instead. How come?

We sometimes change couriers based on pricing, speed or availability.

6. I'm not going to be home, can my order just be left on my doorstep?

Shipments over $100 require a signature so we can't safe drop them. If you would like them dropped, please contact the courier and give them permission to safe drop the items. Most couriers will drop an item if you leave a note for them at your door.

7. The courier has informed me that my package can't be delivered to my house, why not?

We try to select couriers to deliver to your door but in some cases, more remote addresses aren't serviced and you may be required to pick up your order at their depot.

8. I received my shipment notification but there isn't any tracking information.

Small items sometimes ship with lettermail which doesn't include tracking.

9. I need something very quickly. How can I expedite my order?
