We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If packaging is damaged and in a condition that it cannot be resold, we will not issue a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Depending on your method of original payment, the refund may take some time and the amount may not be reflected on your statement. For any questions about how long it will take to be posted to your statement, please contact your credit card company.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received by the customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send further instructions.
If you are missing parts for assembly, please contact us and we will send out replacement parts immediately.
To return your product, please contact us for further instructions. Do not ship items back without contacting us beforehand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original cost to ship the item to you and the cost of return shipping are non-refundable.
Refusing a shipment will cause a delay of refund processing by up to 45 days.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged or go missing in transit.
